Shipping Zones

  • Free Shipping! - We offer free ground shipping on all orders from
  • International Shipping - At this time we do not ship to international addresses. You may use third-party carriers to forward packages at your own risk, but customers residing outside of India are responsible for all warranty-related shipping costs as of Hurom does not offer international warranty on any product.

Shipment Processing

  • Next Day Cut-Off - Most orders placed by 2:00 PM IST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders are held if we cannot verify your shipping address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection. Hurom is not responsible for any processing delays beyond our control.
  • Carriers and Tracking - Hurom uses FedEx for most shipments. Tracking details are sent to your email.
  • Signature Confirmation - Hurom reserves the right to require Signature Confirmation on any shipment. Our Customer Care agents are unauthorized to release signature requirements.
  • Order Changes/Cancellation Requests - We are unable to combine multiple orders. We cannot cancel or make changes to the details of an order once it has been submitted to our warehouse. Orders are submitted to our warehouse at 2:00 PM ISTeach day from Monday through Thursday. Please let us know ASAP if you notice an error in your order details.
  • Carrier Shipping Delays - Hurom is not responsible for any carrier-caused shipping delays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping Damage Claims - If you suspect your products were damaged during transit, please try to refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 1-800-833-7521. Do not remove any items and keep the packaging as is. If we file an insurance claim, we may ask you to take pictures of the damage. We will send you a new unit ASAP. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Product Defect Claims - If you receive a juicer which you feel is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team. We will help you troubleshoot, process an exchange, and/or check the warranty on the product for further assistance.


  • 10-Day Money Back Guarantee - We want you to be thrilled with our products, but we're here to help if you need to return. You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any opened item. We will provide pre-paid return labels for all customers within all states in India.
  • 30-Day Worry-Free Returns for Unopened Goods - To accommodate Hurom gift givers, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any unopened item. Item must be sealed in its original shipment packaging and undamaged.
  • Hurom Valid Purchases Only - We only accept returns of items purchased directly from For Hurom products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer regarding their return policy.

How to Return an Item

  • Return Authorization - Please contact our Customer Care Team. Have your original order number on hand so we can retrieve your order details. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid return label if you reside in India.
  • Original Packaging - Item must be returned in its original shipment packaging and include all accessories and documents.
  • Return Label - Please affix the new return label on top of the original shipping label. Be sure to write your RA number on the label for faster processing.
  • Damaged Returns - Up to a 30% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged or are missing accessories/documents. Returner is responsible for all shipping damages due to improper return packaging.
  • Cleaning Fee - A 10% cleaning fee will be assessed if products are returned unwashed.
  • Commercial Restocking Fee - Opened commercial-grade items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • International Support - If you purchased from but you are residing outside India, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to our service center, located in New Delhi.
  • Unauthorized Returns - Hurom will not accept returns without an RA number and you will be charged the shipping cost of the item back to you. Hurom is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged without following our return process.


  • Return Approval Process - Once your return is received, our Customer Service team will inspect the product based on the requirements above and approve the refund.
  • Processing Refunds - You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be issue to the same payment method which were used at the time of purchase.
  • The standard time to receive the refund is 15-20 business days from the date of initiation. If the standard time-frame has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.
